The EMO-500 is a two component ratio monitor designed for use in steady or pulsating flow streams. Signals from two flow meters can be displayed as independent flow rates or totals, or as an A/B, A + B or A - B relationship. In ratio mode, a programmable ideal ratio is compared to the actual ratio and off ratio conditions are indicated via one of the four limit relays. These relays can be used to operate audible or visual alarms or to terminate pump operations. The EMO-500 has seven different totalizers for reporting and record keeping. Other features include job resets, RS-232/485 Serial Communication and a 4 - 20 mA output.

The EMO-1005 is a programmable, multi-channel, indicating, computing and controlling flow computer. The EMO-1005 provides flow monitoring for up to four separate channels simultaneously, while providing a continuous analog output signal for each channel. Rates or totals of any two channels can be selectively displayed on the two line display. Any channel card can be configured to provide closed loop feedback flow control. Each channel card has four limits that can be programmed for either flow rate or totalization. The EMO-1005 will linearize up to 10 points to ?2.5% for transducers that produce nonlinear signals.

Multi-Channel-The standard unit offers 1-4 channels. Expandable to 12 channels. All channels can be viewed simultaneously on the display.
Alarms-In monitoring mode, four alarm limits can be programmed for each channel indicating rate, total or ratio conditions.
Closed Loop Control (PID)-Any channel card can be configured to provide closed loop feedback flow control. This is an important feature of automated systems where flow rate deviations can rapidly result in major rework, labor and material costs. A self teaching memory function remembers previous 'learned' control values.
Current & Voltage Outputs-4-20mA or 0-5V. Proportional to flow in monitor mode & provide flow control signal in closed loop control (PID) mode.
Ratio--2 Component. Allows the display of Flow Rate A, Flow Rate B, and Ratio A/B up to 12 channels.
