Chemical Vapor Deposition Types

Our Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) instruments provide an effective method of overcoming the often severe limitations of other low cost pressure measuring products. Hundreds of thousands of CVD devices are used throughout the world, demonstrating the performance, reliability and functionality of this innovative technology.

Series 2200 - Provide a high level of performance at a low cost. Accurate to within 0.25% and available with milliamp, millivolt or voltage outputs.
Series 6000 - The same proven technology as our Series 2200 devices, but with a far wider choice of electrical and pressure connections and outputs, including DIN and military specification. Immersible and intrinsically safe versions available. Operate on 8-42 VDC; accurate to ±0.15%.

GEMS high performance pressure transducers and transmitters are based on two proven technologies. Each is designed to meet the needs of our customers in different industrial markets. Each provides a unique combination of features to match the exact requirements of your particular application.

Construction techniques for our high-performance Sputtered Thin Film instruments creates a transducer which remains stable under the most extreme operating conditions. These sensors are capable of measurements to within ±0.08%, require no maintenance, and have a typical MTBF rating of 25 years.
